I can totally vouch for Supinflatables. Their service is top-notch, and they really know their stuff. Plus, they're super easy to reach. I ran into a problem with the hose on my electric pump, so I reached out to see if I could buy a new one. They ended up sending me a replacement at no cost, along with some helpful tips. I can't say enough good things about them; they’ll always be my go-to. Thanks a bunch!

I reached out to SUP Inflatables to inquire about a pre-order. Emma was super helpful. She asked me a few questions regarding my intended use for a board and provided some recommendations that might work better for me, including options that were cheaper than what I had initially ordered. When I requested, she canceled my pre-order and generously offered to help with any other questions I might have. I haven't placed an order for a board yet, but I will surely come back to SUP Inflatables when I'm ready.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but these folks really deserve a shout-out. They took the time to clarify the differences between the boards and assisted me in picking one that can support my size (I’m 6'4" and a hefty guy). A bit bummed that stock is low due to COVID, but I’ve got one on order with no upfront payment and it’s set to arrive in September, so they’ve done what they could. Overall, fantastic and knowledgeable service so far, much appreciated!

What an amazing support team! I chatted with Emma and Gary from SUP inflatables, and even though the paddleboarding craze has made it tough to find boards in the UK, they managed to track one down for me. I had my heart set on a Red Paddle Co 10’6 SUP, but they were all sold out everywhere. I needed a board right away. Emma guided me in picking a JP Australia 10’6, breaking down the differences so I knew exactly what I was getting. Now, I can't wait to hit the water on my beautiful new board, which showed up the very next day. 😊

I know many of the previous reviews are kinda dated, and I can't speak for how things were back then, but I gotta say my experience was totally different from what some folks have said. I've ordered from supinflatables a few times for gear and clothing, and the delivery was always quick, with everything arriving as expected, no issues at all. This week, I decided to upgrade my board, so I called in for some guidance. I was really impressed with the expertise and service I received. Gary was super patient, walking me through all the different boards I was thinking about (there were quite a few!). He explained the pros and cons of each. My beautiful new board showed up today right on time within the hour window they promised. I'm a very satisfied customer. From now on, they’ll be my go-to, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Terrible experience. I purchased a RRD Carbon 50 3pc Paddle free ride that was advertised with a 30% discount (£126) after browsing their site. It was marked as a 2016 model, but turns out it’s actually from 2014 (year 20) according to the RRD manufacturer's site. Their website boldly claims free worldwide shipping on orders over £100, and last I checked, Australia is still part of the globe. Then I got an email asking me to cover the shipping costs, ending with "what's your thoughts?" I replied nicely, laying out my concerns. But they didn’t really address any of my points—just sent an apology and a quick refund. Sure, getting a refund is nice, but it’s a bummer I wasted my time and missed out on snagging a paddle during the Black Friday sales from a trustworthy seller. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company for pricier items or my next sup upgrade since their info seems off and they clearly don’t prioritize customer satisfaction for online orders.

Looking to purchase SUP boards on credit, we did some digging online and found Sup Inflatables. They had the most attractive offer, so we decided to make a purchase. Gary reached out to me the same day and was super helpful. He went over all the financing options and worked hard to secure the best deal for us. We’ve got 2 SUPs on the way, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the service he provided. Big thanks to Gary! Dai.

We recently bought a couple of inflatable SUP boards from www.supinflatables.co.uk. Before making the purchase, we chatted with Gary, who provided us with prompt and helpful responses. We finalized our order on the night of March 1st, and the boards were dispatched the next day, arriving here in Denmark on Saturday, the 5th. I'm confident that any future assistance we might need will be handled just as professionally – truly excellent.

As a follow-up: I definitely suggest ISUPs from Red Paddle Co – top-notch quality. On the flip side, I would advise steering clear of the Bravo Electric SUP pump. Mine conked out after just 12 months and 3 weeks, and I was only using it about twice a month. That’s really not acceptable!!

I tried to buy a sale item, the 9’2” Surf Star Red iSUP, for the advertised price of £399 with free international shipping. Gary was quick to handle my order, but then I found out that supinflatables.co.uk couldn’t ship it free to Australia, where I’m based, as they claimed. They said it would cost them too much to deliver. So, my order got canceled and refunded. The website has misled customers about free international delivery. It should be made clear that this offer doesn’t apply to certain items where shipping costs are too high for them to manage. It’s really disappointing that supinflatables.co.uk didn’t keep their word on my order. A truly honest business would’ve honored the sale, absorbed the loss, and made sure this kind of mistake wouldn’t happen again. I can’t recommend this site to anyone, especially those outside the UK.

This might just be the nicest, most welcoming, and personalized customer service I've encountered in ages. Their prices are pretty good too, and the info on their website about stock looks up-to-date. I definitely suggest checking them out for everything SUP-related. Plus, it looks like they have related sites for water sports gear and apparel, among other things.
